Don't be fooled by sole "man in a box" agents as I would highly recommend having this strong team of 3 agents selling your house. If 1 or 2 are out doing viewings, it seems there will always be at least 1 of the team in the office managing communications, getting more viewings, taking offers, or just pushing things along.
